Therapy
A steady hour that belongs to you.

For the person who's spent years holding it all together.
You're successful. Competent. The person everyone counts on. You've built a career, relationships, maybe a family, and from the outside your life looks exactly like you hoped it would.
But somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself.
Whether you're navigating burnout, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or simply wondering why life feels so much harder than it should, therapy offers a place to slow down, understand the patterns that brought you here, and begin building a life that feels sustainable again.
This is a small private practice with intentionally limited availability. I work with a select number of clients throughout California who are looking for thoughtful, long-term work rather than quick fixes.
Currently accepting a limited number of new clients.
