For the person who doesn't know how to keep doing this.

Maybe you've started to imagine walking into your boss's office and quitting on the spot. Maybe you're afraid you're about to be found out. Maybe you've been disappearing — from your work, your relationships, yourself — and no one has noticed but you.

Come Up for Air is a one-day reset for high-achieving professionals who are closer to the edge than they let anyone see. Through practical psychology, nervous system education, guided reflection, movement, and meaningful conversation, you'll stop pretending you're fine long enough to figure out what's actually happening — and build a recovery plan that fits your real life.

This day is facilitated by me — a psychotherapist with sixteen years of experience working with tech workers, professionals navigating disability paperwork and workplace accommodations, caregivers, and high-achievers who've been told they're fine when they know they're not.

What to expect

  • What burnout actually is — and how it's different from stress or exhaustion
  • How chronic stress affects the brain, body, and nervous system
  • The hidden patterns that keep high-achievers stuck
  • Practical regulation skills you can use at work and at home
  • Building a realistic burnout recovery plan that fits your actual life
  • A beautifully designed workbook with exercises and resources
  • Beautiful coffee, nourishing food, and time to reconnect without performing

Come up for air.
I’ll save you a seat.
